Tht's right. Not many uses IFS but I think mine drifts very well.oh yah i think u are the adrictan which has been asking alot regarding the IFS on other forums rite? cos i remember ur nick and car. i also used ur pictures as "guide" for my build that time![]()
TRF shocks and springs make a difference and using a digital or high speed servo allows u to counter steer very quickly. Invest in a good servo is a good idea. I use either Futaba 9551 or KO 2413ICS. Pricey but definitely worth it in my view.i'm running front 1 way, center 1 way and ball diff rear on my 05R and solid front, stock center and ball diff rear on my 05. Used to be running solid both front and rear.
i always over steer with my IFS. and i also very littlr "droop" in the front as compared to the rear. i added almost spacers to half the length of the dampers already and it only brought the ride height higher by just alittle. and with the added spacers, the dampers is not really doing its job. so i changed to TRF415 short springs(Red). Slightly better. Friend advise to switch to TA05 setup and try...
so i'm trying now...

Wht size? 1/10 or 1/8 EP electric? For bashing, can try Traxxas Rustler. Fast and good for bashing but not competition grade. Good for fun. Unfortunately, you can only get it by ordering online from overseas. I own a 1/10 Traxxas Bandit VXL & 1/8 Caster EX1. Both off-road buggies.been thinking of getting an off road ep, any bros here got any gd recommendations?

E-Firestorm is not a bad choice. Maybe can check the pricing with Swan model. Winnie gives very good pricing. 67325227. Say Adric intro.thinking of a 1/10 truggy with good local LHS support. Ordering online not really for me as i am not a very patient person , haha. been thinking of the HPI E firestorm 10t....
If you're looking for compeitition grade 1/10 buggies, try Team Associated B44/ Hot Bodies Cyclone D4 World Championship Edition Kit. 1/10 electric truggy: Traxxas E-Revo,. For exotic and rare ones, try: Schumacher CAT SX or TEAM XTREME PREDATOR X11.hey Adric, if i'm looking for something similar to E firestorm but 4wd, what would u recommend?
dayren, if u saw it at Punggol, I know who's the owner. The arms are thin but the entire car is very durable and expeetly made
