My next level up will be either EP1 or GF1.

i am waiting for the EP1/GF1 kind of cameras too. These 2 are like the pioneer. I believe within 1 to 2 years many more will announce their EP1-kind of cameras. I intend to get mine within the next 2years or 3.

Both are micro four thirds standard dslr, fujifilm is rumor to be the 3rd maker following suit with a release.

I am really technology agnostic, i am ok so long as the products are pocketable(my pockets, that is) and produce DLSR-like kind of IQ. m4/3 is doing many right things now, but really wanted to see how the rest of the competitions are doing in the future. So I will wait out while practicing on my GRD3, after all, photography is more than getting the best equipment. Heck, even if I have a full frame now I also cannot shoot better pictures like many brothers that uses pns here.:s22:

Standard kit set with cam now for both EP1 and GF1 should be around 1.2K+ to 1.5K+ depending on the len involve.

With that same money, i believe you can get a 2nd hand mid range DSLR in the garage ( i think??? ).

But heck...me is Lumix lover, LS4, FS3, FX580 and now LX3... logical upgrade for me will be the GF1. :o :o
