Glad that I am able to made it with this shot as I didn' have a tripod with me!!!

Your first shot. A bit impossible.. 8 Seconds.. Even if you do sniper-style hold your breathe still very hard. The winds must be great since its that cold...

Your second shot not bad. Follow onethirds rule.

Hmm, I had already responded to this to the rest since yesterday... however I can't find my reply today.
Anyway I shoot this without a Tripod BUT I rest my camera and stable it on the the hotel wall facing the scene. That how I did it.
