Price is stupid for every new Razer launch. Wait and get it cheaper over time if you can wait. I've used so many mice and I avoid Razer for 1 reason. Synapse software. Almost all manufacturers even budget and mid ones, all have a web based configuration for their mice. Even Asus have started for some of their mice a web based configuration called Gear Link.
So Razer is out for me. But if the shape is something you love, don't pay the Razer tax. It isn't worth it. Or you can look at something like the Lamzu. It is a very solidly built mouse and I have loved using it since Day 1. You can look at Lamzu Paro if you want something slightly smaller than the Deathadder V4 Pro. I actually feel the Deathadder from V3 Pro were all a little too big. That's why many loved the Deathadder Hyperspeed which was slightly smaller and closer to the Lamzu Paro shape. You can see it in the below link.

I liked the V3 Pro but I still found it abit big when flicking. For my hand size, I play the best on my Maya X and Darmoshark M3S Max mice. I feel they are great for my hand size. V4 Pro should work out much better for you unless Razer comes out with the Deathadder V4 Hyperspeed.basically for myself , I prefer the deathadder V3 hyperspeed than the V3 pro.
Don’t like the bigger size of scroll wheel on V3 pro.
Even the viper v3 pro is prefect for me.
For the new DV4 pro scroll wheel size remain as same lol, just pass and wait for VIper V4 pro

Battery efficiency has improved alot for sure. But price and Razer's insistence on Synapse is a no go. It is still a resource hog and bloatware. My Maya X is charge every 3 days cause that runs on 20K FPS firmware which runs the 3950 sensor at full speed and feels really nice to use. But then again I have 5 other mice if battery dies half way so battery life isn't a concern for me.v4 pro 1000hz 150 hour battery life, thats very compelling for me although the price does suck
i also didnt like the texture on v3 pro idk if they changed it
currently my main issue is the mouse battery life evry 3-4 day need charge, a lot other mice way better in this dpt.
my desk alrdy arrange for wireless setup
Razer Viper V3 & Deathadder V3 & V4 more or less the coating should be the same. After time can feel its sticky or your hand got sweaty.v4 pro 1000hz 150 hour battery life, thats very compelling for me although the price does suck

Worth to get viper v3 pro or DV3 pro for this time. They are plenty of stocks available right now.$259 is crazy when you know it's going to be discounted a few months down the road... I still use my DAV3 occasionally and it's fine, apart from the creaking.
Only problem with the DV3 Pro is the scroll wheel. It literally is ****. Phantom scrolls when gaming. I sold it off after 2 weeks. RMA will not solve the problem it's an inherent issue with the encoder. Not sure if Razer fixed it in later batches but it's the worst scroll encoder I've used.Worth to get viper v3 pro or DV3 pro for this time. They are plenty of stocks available right now.
Actually DV3 pro 1000 polling good than enough for me
