Razer Users Official Thread...

I just got a diamondback at the PC show today and I am utterly disappointed with the quality control of razor. The feet of my mouse are peeling off and the glue under it has dried up. Denniszz, pls advise on the easiest way I can have it replaced.

The mouse can be considered relatively pricey for a mouse, having to waste precious time to have it replaced before it is even used is simply ridiculous. Really regret not getting the mx518 instead.

We can help to change to another new set for you... if it is too far for you... you might want to buy the everglide mouse feet for DB from Tec Drome in SLS...

finally brought my copperhead for repairs at the service centre 2day......

Realise it was the clicker that was giving me the problem....the guy recommended using contact cleaner to get rid of the dirt n collected dust....

Nw its alive again......no more doubleclick problems....

what contact cleaner you use, i have the same issue as same as you.

hi, my second deathadder' scroll has a sound coming out again, much like the first. It was ok when i tested it when i first exchanged. Can any other DA users out there tell me if their scroll feels like say, a Diamondbacks? i tried my friends diamondback and the scroll wheel is utterly silent and feels more solid when turning. can anyone help me make a comparison? I want to see if my DA scroll is an anomaly or if they're all like that. Thanks

what is the warranty like for the razer krait? Bought it last year in May. The scroll wheel not working already. Where to go service it?

Honestly, I prefered the DB's scroll over the DA's.
It has a more solid feel to it.
The scroll wheel of the DA feels a bit flimsy.

but have you used another razer mouse before? Do you know how it compares? coz my deathadder scroll feels darn flimsy, hard to change weapons/equipment in FPS games sometimes

my deathadder feels ok, I haven't tried it with a FPS game yet, still trying to adjust to the speed. But too bad there's no replacement mouse feet for Deathadder yet. I checked online, it seems like Hyperglide has while Everglide does not. Wonder will Ban Leong bring in Deathadder replacement mouse feet.

yes sir. i used to own a copperhead and have used diamondback and krait before.

personally don't really find much problem with it because i don't really use the scroll wheel. lol.

My DA got super hot.... then basically died on it self.

Is it hot right under the blinking symbol.
And the underside of the mouse is even hotter?
