Just replaced my DeathAdder at BL over the weekend.

History so far:
1st DA bought in Feb, exchanged in May for known problem in 1st batch DA. RMB rubbing against scroll wheel when pressed. But the mouse was quite fine, otherwise.

2nd DA, 1-for-1 with the 1st DA. Brought home. Immediately over-heated and burned out in 2 hours.

3rd DA, 1-for-1 with 2nd DA. Lasted about 2 to 3 weeks, after that, the mouse suddenly heated up and the glowing blue RAZER symbol LED died out. But mouse still working.

Now on my 4th DA. I've done 3 exchanges so far. Headache. I hope this one can at least last me over a year!

Hope that BL takes this issue to Razer and iron out their apparent QC problems with this mouse....

Thanks for your feedback, we had forward this issue to Razer and they will look into it... :o

Have been a supporter of Razer for abt 3 to 4 yrs liao..

started using diamondback, than change to copperhead with mantis control.

so far nothing much problem but would hope razer put in more weights to their mice as copperhead itself is quite light.

i used to work for tech3c.. does events with razer and ban leong, hope to see more gaming events coming up from razer.

just bought my 2nd DA and immediately try to update to the latest firmware and driver but when its about to flash, no progress bar appear and then my DA no light liao, waited a few minutes still nothing decide to plug out and in then a window msg appear saying an unknown device blah blah blah and well my new DA is gone, try to plugh in to another system still the same windows message. Do you think i should go back to the shop to ask for a new set or do you think i better off go straight to BL as its is within walking distance to my workplace?
What i am worry is to waste time going to Sim Lim and in the end the shop don't want to change for me. Any advice?

Best is to come to BL Service centre. We will assist you on your mouse. ;)

Maybe it's just the DA. So far the Diamondback has been relatively troublefree.

Is there a replacement for the teflon feet? Mine seems to be 'thinning' at a rather fast rate.

Nope... but you can buy the feet by Everglide in Tec Drome.
