Hi Guys,

Not sure if this is the correct place to post a problem i'm having with my Razer Barracuda headset but i'll just try my luck.

I just got the headset last week from Tecdrome and it was working fine.

However, when i was taking the headset off today, the left side where the joint to the speaker is, broke. I was quite shocked as i had quite a number of headsets before and this is the 1st time something like this happened and i nvr dropped it or damaged it.

Can someone tell me where i can get it repaired and roughly how much it would cost ?

i advice u if u wnna get Diamond back 2G then get the PROclick model it the same formfactor but is better i using it np after 2yrs already
