Open mouse usually = warranty void.

I suspected that would be the case too. But I had to open it to find out what went wrong.

It's frustrating when you pay good money for a product that's supposedly "high end" or "high quality" and then have it screw up on you under normal use... and so early in its operational life.

If the warranty is really void, then I won't be getting Razer stuff in future....

If what u said is true, I 2nd that. I know exactly how u feel. prolly u should give the shop u bought from and tell them the situation.

Well..razer mice might be high end and high performance, but not exactly high quality..

I suppose I'll wait for Denniszz to answer my Q, or I'll call BL directly tomorrow to see if I can get a repair or something.

Otherwise, I'll have to buy another mouse.


So... besides Razer, anyone got reviews on other gaming mice? MS? Logitech?

I really like the way Logitec put it.

"peace of mind 3 years warranty"

really makes u comfortable.

I was actually looking at the G3 b4 settling for my DB.

i guess they are all about the same at the end of it.

Please bring along your mouse + receipt for us to help to RMA your mouse. Usually open mouse = void warranty, since your mouse is only 3 months, we will swap for u. ;)

As long as the mouse under warranty, we will swap for you. Provided you present your receipt + your faulty mouse will do. :0

how long is the warranty? cause my mouse is about to be 1 years old already ...

Sorry as I am new, but may i ask which shop may i find you at Dennizz? most of the owners/workers from where i buy from just don`t give a damn.

You buy before May 06 is 1 year warranty, after May 06 is 2 years warranty.
