Depends on what you mean by troublesome I guess. Only quirk for me is that the receiver is so big. If only they have those micro-receivers like those Logitech ones.

went to sim lim today ask about the razer orochi and mamba.orochi will be coming tomorow at 139dollars .cheapset around for kabuto is 29 dollars.they say the mamba have problem when in wireless as said from some mamba users.

This is in addition to the fact that the mouse makes a irritating squeaky sound everytime i use the scroll wheel...

from what i heard when in wireless,the mamba sometimes dosent respond.upon hearing this, i will buy the orochi wahahaha

Ok the firmware problem is not really a problem. It's just that you didn't follow the steps properly. ^^ Happened to me last time also. Dennis helped me solve it. Squeaking sound wise, yea. It's a pain in the ***. But I did not encounter any problems with the wireless mode. Using it everyday. ^^

thought i was the only 1 with a squeaking mamba scroll wheel. it worked fine the for the first 2 months but not it squeeks.. any solutions?
