The freebies and cashback are starting to come in. Just got my 1% cashback for Dec spends, and $5 bonus for the beta programme.

Seems like crediting all those accounts with the freebies and cashback, is bricking their server though. Can't get the app to load haha. Still, a step in the right direction.

When will I get my Premium Razer Card?
You will receive a coupon to offset the first year's subscription fees for the Premium Razer Card in January 2021. The card will be delivered within four(4) weeks from the date of order.

How do I redeem rewards?
Razer Pay Credit:

Razer Pay credit will be credited to your Razer Pay e-wallet from the day you completed Reward 1 ($5 credit or Reward 3 ($50 credit).
Razer Product:

Razer product redemption can be made through Razer Online Store. Steps as below:
Visit Razer Online Store: https://www.razer.com/sg-en
Add the <product name> to your shopping cart.
Checkout with your Razer ID or as a guest.
Enter your shipping and billing information.
Select your shipping method.
Enter both the redemption card number and security code provided in the Razer Pay app to the Gift Card section.
Razer Card:

After you have successfully signed up for the Standard Razer Card, it will be sent to your registered mailing address.
For the Premium card, you will receive a coupon to offset the first year's subscription fees in January 2021.

this razer really is a joke. i misplaced the physical card which is not activated yet so i contacted razer pay support via live chat for their advice.

support staff told me to use the app to block and cancel the current virtual card in the app, select the appropriate reason for cancelling (cso said a selection window will appear to choose reason for cancelling), and then after that the option to reapply a new card would appear. so i just have to reapply new virtual card, which is immediate, then request for another physical card to be sent.

thinking that since there would be minimal down time where i wouldn’t have the virtual card, i immediately did what i was told, but just after the first step of cancelling the card, even before any selection box appear, it says my card is blocked due to suspicious activity and asked me to call razer support.

today is the 10th day since the card was blocked. and razer still unable to resolve this simple issue. now the money and cashback is stuck inside and they say their tech support is still trying to find out what happened. ?????? imagine when this card goes live it takes more than 10 days for razer to find out what went wrong with your card/account with them.

I have yet encountered a problem with Razer Visa Card(touch wood).

Finally Razer unblocked my card and Razer reset all my vending machines transactions. Supposed hitting 150 transactions a week ago.

All are valid transactions with vending machines. Real purchases with goods. Razer really CMI

this card is a joke. my virtual card has disappeared from my wallet for close to a week already
