Re-contract Singnet 10 Mbps?

HWZ rocks. I emailed to ST for a special rate for 10Mbps. Only after 2 days, they contacted me to confirm and offer for the $23 package for one year contarct. Up from 3Mbps to 10Mbps at the same price, hope to find great difference speed.

No bang table, no complain, no threaten. Just tell them I'm a loyal customer for more than 10 years, and request for the package. That's it.

1)$23/mth + $10/mth rebate for 10Mbps board band.

Both under 12 mths contract.

is the $10 waiver for telephone line a one off rebate or monthly??!!

Does the package include the modem?

Yes. The package comes with a free modem. Since my current one still working, think I will either keep it as spare or sell it.

Only bb plan. It is really a good deal, just need to note on my calender to write to them for recontract next year, otherwise have to pay $46.

For those who seldom surf, dun need this speed, fyi, there is a $9.90 plan for 1 Mbps, concurrent with this re-con deal (thro' retention dept only)

Actually if you take the ethernet modem, the 1 Mbps plan for 1 year is only $4.28.....

I signed up for the 10 Mbps.. currently am on 3 Mbps which is nice for my needs... not sure if I Mbps will be too slow for me a not..... still pending verbal confirmation.

(No choice, have to recontract has opennet installation has been delayed from Nov 10-Feb 11 to Jun 11 to Oct 11) So those waiting for Opennet installation might want to take note that they might be delayed.

yupz.... price is really nice....... ethernet/wireless modem..... abt $7 diff.... and since i already have 1 working ethernet modem,2 spare modems.. i seriously hope i can use it to offset 1 mth subscription or more..... (normally when i do a 2 year recontract i could get 1 mth off)

its not truth, i manage to get the 1 yr 10 mbps plan, you got to email them thru the feedback channel. take less than 1 wk for them to call you back.
