Re-contract Singnet 10 Mbps?

Is the $23 plan still valid ? Called SingTel, tell me the rates are 44.9 for 10mbps .

i jus got it like maybe 1 mth back. I send them email and they called me. I am now on my 2nd yr of 23.45 contract.

yes, just upgraded from 6mbps a few days back. Call 1688 and ask CS to transfer you to retention dept. this is offered by retention dept for existing customers.

The black modem Singtel is giving out for re-contract, is it 2wire5012nv?
Is this better than the white one?

I do know the spec and reason, after changed my problem of disconnection reduced to ZERO. I happy and left it until now, still serve me well. Possibility some setting was missed out during setup, never compare.

That was 4 to 5 months ago, perhaps the issue has been rectified and its better now

After reading the post here, I requested for a early upgrade of plan from 6mbps at $29.xx to 15mbps at $38.xx.

Was approved after 1 wk plus.

23.45 deal stated many times is special offer, not available directly.

Don't listen to their BS. I have no problems with the black one. I feel that the white one has more disconnection problem.

No problem with the black one too... Infact it's much much more stable than the white one...

Getting a constant 11+ mbps...

Faster pack the device back nicely. Bring back shop ask to take the 2Wire.

This 2wire white modem not sure anyone encounter wireless connection will drop at times from 5 bar to 3 or even 2.
