All other plans above.
Simply put, it cannot be delivered in pure payload

I am unable to do it. I received an email stating it is only possible if end of contract. Any advice?

Thats what he meant, when you're in less than 3 months till contract expiry.
If you fulfill the requirement, then call in 1688 and ask about it. Else you will NEVER get it!

upps for Singnet CSO!!!

Wrote a email via Singtel support page on Monday asking if I can re-contract to this plan ($23/-++) as mine expire in 4 days (3rd Sept) , surprise they call me on Monday night saying they will forward to the special dept handling this, Call again by a lady yesterday to confirm and just now the contract lady call to officially log in the case.

I ask the lady on the Singnet fibre plan and she told me I can jump to Singnet fibre anytime within the 12 month with no $$ penalty , this is something new which I want to share w bro here since this thread help me save $ :D

Yes, since you did not accept any 'gifts'
PS: Mobile BB service can be thrown in too in 23.45 deal, beware of the pot hole that entraps you tho.

I did ask for the mobile BB for the $23:45/- plan but that incurs the monthly charges to $39++

I have also gotten the 10mbps deal at 23.45 today through the retention department just now as I have to wait for the fibre installation next year. Cheers! Now I just have to wait for the sales people to reconfirm with my father about the plan and delivery date for the modem as the plan is under his name. Thanks a lot for the advice given by hwz forumers :)

managed to get the $23.45 plan with the new 2wire modem too. but apparently this is a stop gap measure to port SNBB users to fibre eventually, however, the customer retention officer told me that it may be possible to extend it nearing the end of the 12 month contract.

now just hope that the modem and everything work perfectly as the white 2wire signal really vv poor.

btw, for bros that managed to recon this plan, do the singnet ppl take back the white modem or they just help u install the new one without taking the old one back?

Got mine recontracted at $23.45 @ 10Mbps too! Asked to speak to the retention department straight away. Don't wanna waste time with the CSO cos they dunno anything about "offline" offer.
