Re-contract Singnet 10 Mbps?

Hi guys.. can i check.. i just sign up 15mbps plan with singnet...

for the wireless adapter... can i still use my old Linksys wireless adapter G or should I get the Wireless adapter N ?

Now all my 3 PC is using wireless G...

The CSO doesn't allow me to recontract @ $23. I am eligible for recontract in Sep 2011. Previously signed up for Acer notebook a $69 2 years ago. Contract expires in Dec 2011. Maybe will wait till Dec. Don't really need the extra mobile broadband, which is currently being bundled as a standard.

Yes, I noted that. I am 3 months away from my contract expiry. I am sharing my experience after my conversation with the CSO this morning. Anyway, I fired an enquiry via the online feedback form.

And besides, 3 mth is only the base requirement. It is not a qualifier.

yeah, but i just got my new black modem and called the retention dept but they say no more waiver of phone line rental and miotv anymore. so i guess some get it and some don't, not that it bothers me anyway coz its just 10 channels and i have miostadium alr too.

btw, pls note installation of modem is on your own. Ta-Q-Bin the courier

Shouldn't have problems. There are 2 black models.

How do i setup the 5012NV ? Any changes needed on my PC ?

i am using tp-link TD-W8960N ADSL2+ modem router for my singnet. previously was on 8Mbps and changed to tplink for better simultaneous downloading. and things were fine.

then i got the 10Mbps 23.45 plan. The speed seems to be the same as before. not much improvement.

Is that normal? Shld i change to the 5012NV modem that they sent me instead?
