Re-contract Singnet 10 Mbps?

Called in yesterday to recontract since my previous 1 yr contract ended

Couldnt even get to customer retention department since their line is always busy -_-

Telesales dept managed to get it done for me.

10mbps $23.45 per month. No Phone Rebate / Modem

They extended the warranty on my current 2Wire modem by another year.

Pretty ok with me since this 5012nv is working fine and i dont need another modem -_-

no harm asking for another modem for no phone waivers. they happy to give for yr spare or yr charity later. Call up for it.

comes with free wireless router modem.

called in and ask for a transfer to customer retention department.
said 1 2 switch to M1 fibre unless singnet has a better offer.
CSO proposed the offer and I took it. remember to ask for free wireless router.

read through this thread and realised there is a 10 dollar rebate on phone line for 12 months if u can managed to get it?

singtel fixed home line is 30 to 40 dollar average for every 3 months.
after 10 dollar rebate meant every 3 months maybe u pay only 20 to 30 sgd.

am i right?

No phone rebate, no free modem-router. Every three months the fixed line subscription is $27++, so average abt $10/month, excluding usage.

I was on an old 3mbps plan previously, using a non-wireless modem.
That's why they threw in a wireless modem for me.
Maybe your current modem is already wireless, so they refuse?
Or it depends on individual CSO?
