Thanks to your info, I re-contracted same package as yours. Previous was $23 + pay for phone line.

BTW, what wireless modem are they giving now. My current is a black Aztech - power plug is big, modem is hot and coverage is not better than the previous white (2wire).

I recontract a year ago for 2 years at $23+ per month and they upgraded me to 15mbps. I'm still using the white 2wire but i convert it into a modem and bought a wireless N router to use.

wah...i was in this thread 1 years ago already ... suddenly they give me normal rate then know this special contact over already ! :(
Anyone know this contact can renew again and again ?

Just got recontracted, same deal 12 mths contract, $23.45/mth, $10 phone rebate and got a Aztech modem/router. Ok la not bad.

how did you managed to get the $10 phone rebate :s11::s11:
last month i just recontracted and try to persuade the retention officer for such deal also cant get :(

That's the thing with these CSOs, they aren't consistent. Initially they only offer me contract without rebate or modem, and try to close the deal soonest possible. I insist, only then they relent, guess it depends on the CSO. Maybe it's their SOP to give the barest minimum deal.

yeap this contract can renew and renew again but why not join fibre broadband for $10+ more

Moi just took m1 fiber $39 with free phone line.

Once chiu go Fiber. You will not go back to ADSL or Cable
