Realtek Mod X-Fi Driver

I was able to enable 3d cmss through fresh install of os but when i am playing movie and try to adjust settings in creative x fi my system reboots what about other modes I am able to get entertainment mode only.

THX TruStudio Pro - functions but does not affect the sound

My suggestion to replace Dolby Advanced Audio v2
on more options Dolby Home Theater v4

I think the modded realtek driver needs adjusting to install on Windows 8. The official 2.67 driver works fine as do most Win 7 drivers on Win 8. Hopefully this is just a simple inf edit.

Edit: Actually I figured it out just had to disable driver signing enforcement.

can you teach me to install DHT v4... coz i can't install it on driver 4 beta nor driver in gigabyte link... both say it need pcee installed... btw i'm using acer 4745g with soundcard realtek hd... thanks

Disable driver signing enforcement, you do so by going to the advanced options before windows 8 boots.

When I'm trying to download files posted on first page MediaFire says :

i have found found method to get the latest driver to work with creative stuff

download and extract latest realtek driver
go under vista64 or version you download vista etc
there are file named HDXMB2O

open it
go down to reach

i added my sound card dev id and subsys by editing first card

after that save
and install driver using have disk method and choose HDXMB2O file to install from it and you will get three Realtek High Definition Audio choose the 2nd one

and choose install any way


and after finsih restart

it give me srs + creative panal works fine and do effects

nearly srs is from pervious version but any way it works

also now mod works with 192 khz
