Any recommend of mini itx rig for pure surfing net and HD movies. Rig directly connected to LAN and placed at permanent spot in the bedroom. Don't need cd-rom, wifi, graphic card. Budget as economical as possible.

G2020 vs 3210 differences? Last thing i dont wanna see is that 2020 lags on me on my HD / 4k shows.

I'm afraid none of the latest integrated graphics solution will be able to handle 4K decoding smooth enough.
