Recommend a PC controller pad

I just use the xbox controller for windows, no incompatible issue, works with any game that supports a controller. I find the xbox controller more comfy when using analog stick, nut directional pad the ps still takes the win. Nowadays games rarely use directional pad for the main use though

Chalk my vote up for the Xbox controller. Be it the 360 version or the Xbox One, I find it to be the best for PC gaming.

You need to have the receiver which. only comes with the xbox360 wireless controller. The good thing is that with the receiver you can connect multiple wireless controllers. I learnt this when i bought this from Techdrome, uncle teach me de

PS: Look no further, use Xbox one controller, they are the best! I throw away my PS4 controller after using it on PC for few days, headache to use driver, and sometimes will mixed up the X button shown ingame, especially during scene with actions, you can map PS4 controller however you like, BUT you can't change the ingame buttons guide!

Last time xbox 360 D stick is a pain to use, but Xbox one they fixed it, so no more PS4 controllers! As for getting used to the layout, it's not that hard, I'm a PS user for many years back until PC gaming is doing better haha

if need the ps layout, can try the logitech F310 or F710.... Using Xinput, they act like xbox controllers with ps layout. best of both worlds

This I agreed, until Microsoft releases the wireless dongle for xbox one haha. The thing is I hate ingame onscreen command are all in xbox, if not last time I will stick with Dualshock

Technically speaking you're right, you just map all the buttons to be the same as Xbox one, but during ingame onscreen commands, all will be in xbox, so the most common command to be mixed up will the "X" Imo.

And the most difficult for Dual shock users to make the switch to Xbox will be the 2 RT and LT back buttons. I've had that trouble last year when I switched, but now okay liao. Playing The Witcher 3 with xbox one controller is just plain awesome experience.

Don't really have to map it ur self. It's considered plug n play with xinput. Just that onscreen shows Y button..u have to press triangle. Not an issue since u won't be looking at the buttons during gaming session

Xbox one controller is the best for PC gaming. For multiplayer games I have used 1 wired Xbox one and 2 wireless 360 controllers with dongle at the same time and it's all connect with no issue.

From my library of controllers i've used... BOTH Xbox One and DualShock are the best controllers for PC, despite the irony that they were made for console..

no offence to F710 users which i also have, but F710 the trigger is too stiff... u use xbox or DS4 you will understand what i mean.
DS4 size is smaller and more suitable for smaller hands while xbox One will be perfect for bigger hands...

When Xbox come out wireless dongle this will be the best choice for me.

DS4 is best when i bring my mini-ITX out for gaming sessions.. just connect via Bluetooth.. very sweet.. and the DS4 software is damn powerful and can configure a lot of things.Also not to forget DS4 can be doubled up as a mouse as well.. damn well thought design imho.
The cons of DS4 is i still trying to figure out how to switch it off when i off my PC.
