Thanks so much for your recommendations and tips, much appreciated. I would definitely be checking out GPUs from Lazada.

2) Forgot to mention I would be using an old DVD drive, but definitely getting brand new RAMs and HDDs.

Do you know how to DIY yourself?

If so, after you ask for discount from PC Themes, you can always bring the list of parts go Tradepac, see they quote you how much.

Do you guys know if the parts sold by tradepac come with warranty? If they do come with warranty, are they tradepac's own warranty or the product's warranty?

Parts sold by Tradepac do come with warranty and the warranty is honoured by the local distros, not Tradepac.
