Hi,

Anyone getting drivers during the countdown period? Are the rates all much higher? was quoted on avg 6000 NT per day for 6 pax. when I remember my last trip in April was like 3000+ only..

Just to get a general idea, how do you all pay to the drivers?

1 shot transfer all or pay deposit etc 1st...

No deposit.
Paid cash to the driver at the end of the day trip.

he sent another guy for our tour coz he was not free. this guy was v nice.. part time tour guide telling us the history and the good food to eat.. and even put fireworks for us at shi fen for free..

Thinking of hiring a driver for a day, anybody has contact for drivers of 9-seater vehicle ? Any idea how much would it cost ?

hi guys i need to hire a driver to take us from taichung to cingjing on 27 Nov for 5 persons, anyone can recommend a driver? So far the ones i asked quoted quite high (+-3.2k NT) as they are all 8 seater cars hence we would end up paying for empty seats.

Anyone has a contact for maybe a 6 seater car instead?
