I actually looking for that kind of keyboard, keychron K5. Low profile, slim and full size.

Is there any other keyboards out there that is similar if not slimmer than K5?

My current keyboard is full size but very slim. The only cons is its non mechanical.

Hey guys, currently using a Leopold keyboard 104 keys.
If i'm not wrong, it should be using silent red switches.

Seems that there's some issues with my left arrow and sometimes it's not responsive. Googled and found out that in order to replace the switch, needa do some soldering.

In that case, can i seek recommendations on a good replacement keyboard?
Thanks!

after using laptop keyboard for sometime, i actually prefer those HP's island style keyboard which is softer to type. comparing HP and Dell, HP's still softer and pretty comfortable.

Used to use the NMB keyboards of yesteryears..

Pretty much your run of the mill corporate keyboards these days.

You can try Monsgeek MG108W keyboard. They are going for S$69 now at mash.sg. Then you can select your own switches and keycaps which are sold separately.

Else, can consider Keychron K10Pro at S$149 which come pre-built for you. Both support wired and wireless.

Mash.sg. Or you can go down to their store in Suntec or currently they are running a show in Comex.

Decided to try dipping my toes into the custom kb pool. I hope I’m not in trouble, seems like this pool got no bottom one.

LLvr0Au.jpg

Monsgeek M1W (Domestic version)
Akko Cream Yellow V3 Pro - Hand lubed
Stock stabs - Tuned and lubed
Tape mod+Polyfill mod
PBT XDA profile keycaps

Kind of regretting the case color choice. Might buy the barebones kit in black to swap housing then sell it off at a loss.

I think the case colour suits the light tone of your key caps. If it’s black, the contrast would be quite significant

I kind of like color schemes with a stronger contrast. Most of my setup is a mix of red black and white.
Already considering getting the Eva-02 Asuka Langley keycaps as well which would sit nicely on a black case.
