Erm, as per my experience, they will fix the broken LED on the spot, perhaps will ask you to come back after 30 mins. No 1-1 replacement at least for me.

I'll called them, told them it's less than 14 days. They say they have no refund or exchange policy, only repair which take half to 1 day.

Yep. They told me the same thing when i was asking about shine 6 as I was worried about mushy/inconsistent keys.

but i tot ducky should be using cherry switches so the experience should be quite good?

Cherry had problems producing MX blue RGB around 1-2 years ago.
Some of them doesn't feel like the non-rgb blues according to many users.
But mine still ok la, I just miss the slightly louder clicks of the razer even though mx keys are much much more consistent.

Maybe LED has a different approach for warranty claim. If I didn't recall wrongly, my friend bought shine 3 mx blue and exchanged due to non clicky keys.

Many years ago, policy may also have changed. But 30 mins quite fast... been long since I had a ducky lol

If can repair also good. So long the problem is rectified within a reasonable time frame. Meanwhile, have a spare Logitech. It comes in handy eventually

seems like issue is covered under warranty terms. Should not be charged.

see and read alittle more about QC issues with Cherry blue thats why settled for non cherry blue keys.
