I think for self assembled set, at least needs to lube the stock stabs, for a better experience.

Switches can buy pre-lubed, and honestly after lubing the switches myself the difference isn't that much, so with good switches you can skip lubing tbh.

Think akko also has the same layout that are fully pre-assembled. Not sure if SG anyone selling it though
Thanks for the info. I ended up ordering a Kzzi K75 from taobao. TCC switches and the stock keycaps seems to be pretty decent quality. Most importantly no frills no fuss and i can use straight out of the box. Total paid about $85 with direct air shipping.

I feel most switches that are factory lubed should do just fine. I am using fulin v3 stab, also fully lubed by seller. But the lubing is inconsistent so i lube again.

non-wireless, you easily remap the keys, but not really budget.

Slightly cheaper 1800 board that I'm trying to find.

Reminds me of this, or is it the same model haha

Anyone own a Womier K87.. I have the keychron K4v2... Typing is good but the LED sucks(even with pudding or clear caps) ...i am very vain, want the blinkiest keyboard there is now.....wondering if their keycap RGB pops up like the Razor ones... Cannot trust videos or pictures (The K4v2 looks very bright on YouTube)

Get g skill crown keycaps for the led to shine through. Also, most kb with super bright led are with those gaming brands

I change from k2v2 to feker 75 and enjoyed using it more. K2v2 layout is too cramped for me.
The feker IK75 looks good.
Are the keys and knob programmable? Would be great if they are.
will look into them when my keychron K2V2 starts failing.
I dislike them being blink blink though. Hope that it comes with all black case. Don’t mind light at the switches though.

Used 3rd party to remap keys not sure about volume knob, as the default function is already very practical for me, vol up and down, pause and play.

Switches light and board backlight can be toggle on off individually with limited color pattern/ options. Usually I turn both off.

You might want to check keychron V1 too which should be fully programmable with QMK.

Honestly, if you want blink, should consider hyper X pudding keycaps.

Akko clear keycaps doesn't diffuse the light, so it will just be a bright spot shooting out from the north/south part of the switches.
