bro hyperX ram is 1866mhz can my mobo support??
i read it online it says cannot support...

If i am not wrong, you need the Z series Mobo to support higher frequency Mobo.
Otherwise you are just wasting money on something which you can't fully utilized it's potential.

why boss!
can explain?
ok my computer quite old, think got 5 years?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PCI_Express

If you want to enjoy a stable FPS of 60-70 for GTA V.
First you need to upgrade your GPU.

However based on your Current Mobo, not sure which PCI Express is it?
You won't be able to enjoy the desired FPS even with GTX970.

So i think the cold hard truth is to get a new system if you wanna enjoy your game.

The mobo have x16 slot so it isn't the issue about PCI-E.

The problem is his specs are too old to play GTA V.

Even give him a GTX 980Ti also no use because that CPU bottlenecks everything. GTA V loads the CPU quite significantly also.

1 x PCIe 2.0 x1
1 x PCIe 2.0 x16

Huh?
His board has both slots for DDR2 and DDR3, he can just slot in 4GBX2 of DDR3 (Make sure its dual sided), remove the DDR2 before putting in the DDR3.

Even if his mobo can support ddr3, his cpu will bottleneck....

CPU slow enough to bottleneck current high-end graphics card.
Even though CPU can overclock, your motherboard isn't suitable to do that without proper heatsink to cool the VRMs. You'll also need to spend extra on CPU coller for that.
Also ensure both your HDD and ODD are not running IDE interface if you wanna upgrade.
Your PSU and chassis should also be old and depreciated enough needing for a change.

So in all other than RAM, nothing else can be kept. :o
