I understand having a light laptop has its plus points but to skim on thermal and battery size is not such a good thing.

200g is not a big deal if you can get a bigger battery life so the laptop can lasts longer.

I don't believe you can make a super light laptop without sacrificing something.

What I've seen in general is that the lighter and smaller the laptop, the less ability to dissipates heat from the cpu (which makes the laptop throttles) or it has a smaller battery life.

The questions how long the battery last? Any Intel 10th Gen cpu will not last for more than a day. If the battery is small, then it is hard to take it with you to go for meetings and see clients.

BTW, haven't seen any review on this machine so not sure what you will get out of it.

i got this Fujitsu UHX recently in HK. what I like about this laptop it has all ports (USB-C, HDMI, SD even a RJ45) - I'm kind of old school. I mainly used this laptop for work and internet surfing.

Hmm... aftershock? that discrete graphics card will suck your battery life. Aftershock support also isnt that good as compared to those established companies.

I dont think there is any thinkpad laptops that is 15" and is less than 1.3kg.

Only Thinkpad T14s and X1 carbon is less than 1.2kg i think but they are only 14"

Not really. Lenovo's thinkpad range is very limited if you factor in your must haves.

Aftershock Lunar 14 pro is using intel integrated graphics. Not possible to get more than all day long battery life with discrete graphics.

I think LG Gram 15 is the only 15" below 1.3kg. slightly above 2k and no usb c charging.

many 13-14" meet your requirement.
if it's for work and aesthetics/performance is not important, stick with LENOVO. hard to go wrong with its 3yr on-site warranty, that's usually bundled in at nominal cost.
