Recommendation for a gaming/editing rig

I heard that the airflow for the Phanteks ITX isn't the best, so if I want to keep the case as cool as possible while at the same time minimizing the sound it produces which cooler would be most suitable?
Sorry for the various questions and any advice on this would be appreciated

Thank you everyone for your help and suggestion, I've purchased all the parts and have built the PC it is now up and running :D
