Recommendations on New PC

hey guys im back

So now i need recommendations for the second computer which im building for my gf.

I think the only parts i will be reusing will be the GTX 660, since i do not know where the problem with my old computer is coming from.
I am also assuming that the DDR3 Ram cannot be used on a new motherboard because we need DDR4 Ram. Is this correct?

Can i get recommendations on the Mobo as well as the Cpu?
Usage is for general PC use, browse web, youtube, drama, nothing intensive. No overclock. Prefer value for money. will be used with the following components.

Kingston 8gb Valueram 70$ (new)
PSU FSP HEXA PLUS 550w $70 (new)
Sandisk 240gb SSD (reuse)
WD 1 TB HDD (new)
Zotac GTX 660 AMP Edition (reuse)
Tecware F3 (new)

hmm actually what is the difference with ASROCK H110M- HDV?
that mobo with i3 is about 262. i think it will fit the budget.

No difference. Just different brand. Choose whichever you prefer will do. To me, it's the Asus h110m-a m.2 for the m.2 slot can put m.2 ssd which I may get in near future to reduce number of wires running around the pc.

Do note that as with every build keep the main purpose in mind

If you getting a budget rig most probably wont be getting m.2 ssd, going for the asrock would be the better choice imo

Thanks guys for your help. Both pc are up and running. I made a big discovery. Turns out the initial problem with my old computer was not due to the computer components but rather my old razer keyboard which was constantly telling my pc to sleep! And I was thinking it's a psu or mobo issue...

Anyway any ideas on how to get razer blackwidow chroma for cheap? Qoo10?
