Hi, renovation starting soon so am looking for a kitchen sink. Requirements:

1. large, single bowl (>680mm onwards)
2. Stainless steel, though granite maybe acceptable
3. Drop in, but I see mostly SS are under mount

Amazon.sg Has great deals with free shipping for the Kraus sinks and I was about to purchase (under mount model) but saw many reviews saying they’re prone to rust and scratches. Also issues around flow to the drain as the bottom is quite flat. That made me reconsider

anyone has a recommendation to share? Also where you got it from and indicative price? Thanks

After consideration, decided to go with ceramic cos I can’t be bothered to maintain the stainless steel sinks.
Anywhere to recommend with a bigger selection of single bowl, top mount, large (680mm) sinks?

I'm using the Nagra Blanco Sink from Hoe Kee. Works fine for me. Low maintenance.

Thanks Pete, will check out Hoe Kee. Was at Hupfarri yesterday but also not many selections for drop in, single bowl quarts/granite ones. The sizes were either too small (560mm) or too large (780mm)

im looking for something around 680mm.

You might wanna check out Blanco (Hoe Kee), Geo Ceram(Asia Excel) if you happen to be at IMM. I am looking at this 2 too but not yet decided.

Couple of things to note:
The rim area is quite useless so you have to factor in that and a bit more space around it to place a soap tray for example.
Plan to clean that rim which can trap dirt.
Plan ahead on where you'll place your dishes, soap, sponge etc too and the direction of the faucet..

Thanks. Will drop by Hoe Kee for a look. Even on Amazon the intermediate sizes are very rare only very big or smaller lol

Thanks. We used top mount for a while so we’re used to periodic cleaning of the rim areas. Dishes will be in an overhead rack, allowing it to drip down into the sink. And yes, space on the edge is important for soap dispensers etc.
For faucet we’re getting the type with the pull out spout so we can spray around the sink when needed

just need to find the right size :)

Thanks @Kevin10

I went to Hoe Kee and found the sink we wanted, 700mm granite, top mounted. Order placed so that’s one more thing settled. Appreciate the suggestion

Nope, more like this one, that is mounted to your cabinet itself

Been using Song Cho stainless steel racks since my previous place, very good, doesn't rust even with minimal maintenance. A bit expensive, but amortized over many years of use. With the large sink below, I remove both trays and let the dishes drip into the sink, one less thing to bother with lol

Elkay. Can buy on lazada.
I have a 600mm one. My mum bought the smaller one think 400-480mm.
There's a bigger one but check the model size.

Quality product. Won't go wrong.
