According to the Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) the peak of autumn leaves will be between mid-October to early November. The peak day is around the time that 80 percent of the leaves in the mountains have turned crimson and yellow.

The peak of autumn leaves will be seen at Mount Jirisan on Oct. 15, Mount Odaesan on Oct. 18, Mount Seoraksan on Oct. 20, and Mount Naejangsan on Nov.5.

price has increased. i duno the breakdown. but the last i asked prob 2-3 weeks ago is 1764 including extension charges.

this dun include jeju? anw, heard v bad reviews abt dynasty travel. and i dun really like the itinerary. and take note the lotte ticket is big 3, not big 5 which travel agency usually give.

am going to korea next year jan...winter time..backpac..14D13N..plan to go Seoul, Busan and 2 more place not decided yet..planning to go Jeju but heard transport not convenient..any suggestion? preferably lively area or places that has nice view..no temple..thanks

u can take a budget air from seoul to jeju..there are 2 cheap airlines to jeju..one is jeju air..another i forgot..but the webpage in korean language =.= think u can book from a tour agency there??

alternatively u can book a ferry from incheon or busan..will take many hours to reach though..

via AirasiaX costing not more than M$700 return.
My friend booked few hours easier got it at less than M$500.

wah, price wise its very very good.
if i wasn't spoilt... i would have booked that.
coz i prefer to flight the last flight out of sg at night. so that when its not so full, i get to sleep across 2 or 3 seats till morning.

maybe when those sg based budget airlines get their rights to fly there, i might try.
