wah, price wise its very very good.
if i wasn't spoilt... i would have booked that.
coz i prefer to flight the last flight out of sg at night. so that when its not so full, i get to sleep across 2 or 3 seats till morning.

maybe when those sg based budget airlines get their rights to fly there, i might try.

so far i havent seen not so full flights out of sg of all the times i take.
Maybe cuz its usually peak time like autumn season.
including transit flights from other countries to Korea (eg:SG->HK ->KOR via CX), all the night flights are usually pack. no room for 2 /3 seats to sleep across.

only once from SG->Bris night flight out..
it was so empty tht the captain announced that after plane is up in the air and seat belts signs are off, we can feel free to move to any empty seats... :s13:

Travelling with ASA 7d5n (1n on Asiana Airlines) Autumn Break. Going on 10th Oct weather will be cooling. Due to time constraint and work commitment, unable to make it for 8d one. 988 + 270 = 1250++ per pax. Currently me and my gf going. Pestering me to go since she wanna go to Nami Island. Ggrrr

Anyone interested in the itin can let me know i scan the itin in my pc already. Hope will be confirmed.

Does anyone hear is it safe to go Korea now? Heard from my brother's korean friend like there is chaos recently.

Our family of 8 are considering taking ASA 6D4N from 12 to 17 Oct cost $1070 inclusive all tax. Sadly, no jeju as my brothers unable to extend their leave. They also must set off during this week only.

Anyone want to join us to go? Very interested to know what will be the temperature then, nowadays weather is so unpredictable. looking forward liao

chaos..what kind is considered chaos? PPl protesting on the street is very common. I've seen it at MyeongDong where ppl was there for at least 2 days consecutive.. sitting down and protesting and police was there.

I just spotted someone mentioned Autumn.
I've been with CTC autumn tour Naejangsan few years back.

And i also did Mt Seorak with a local Korean tour gp(booked by a korean friend). In fact it was the best among the autumn i've been. The tourguide brings you to take a walk into and through Mt Seorak forest, rocks, ridges and waterfall. It is really beautiful.

You need to walk through the Mt Seorak forest to experience autumn beauty. Unforgetable.

dec still not that cold yet.
Jan starting to get cold. late jan is very cold.
Morning temp should be around -5 to 5. Afternoon around 10.
Night should be around -5 to -15. If freaky weather, then might reach -20 or more.

yes..yes...anyone can advise when is the best time to go during autumn to experience the autumn beauty??:D

autumn period starts from early Oct to late Nov. Given past few yrs weather datas. End Nov will start to drop to 5degrees at night (some day snow as well), thus maybe autumn season will be ending. All i know is mid of Oct will be the best dates for autumn (any korean mates can advise on this??). I'm going on 10th Oct with ASA and my tour is confirmed already. :D So anyone interested in joining me?? lol.

if you are not those who cannot tahan cold.
then 1 top long john + 1 normal shirt + down jacket should be enough.
bottom wise, i personally feel, the long john is optional.

dec snow in Seoul is very low chance. depends on luck.
mid jan maybe.
