most of the time others ppl phone started to cronk up then they faster go all this shop to trade in or sell in.. If the technician there cant catch the bugs then thats it... thats the risk of buying used phone.

Bought a used s7 edge from them and WiFi not working. Immediately went down the same day and they changed for me.

Just need check everything on the spot to be safe.

Wifi quite a basic function. Means the staff nv check properly.

Yeah. But they got give like 2 weeks warranty so not too bad.

Does anyone know if these shops sells used/refurbished handsets as new phones?

As sometimes i walked past these shops...i can see the staff cleaning phones / laptop, packing them back in boxes and sticking factory seal tapes which indicates "DO NOT PURCHASE IF SEALS ARE BROKEN".....i'm pretty sure these seals are supposed to be stick by manufacturers and not them right?

Doing so doesn't mean it's refurbished. Wen new set, usuallymeans sold to them from telco signups, which def open before as telco need open box.

Important thing is whether warranty activated or not
