Hmm. Unfortunately i only know about cheap steel toe.

I bought my boots from rocher center for $65:

Only $65, comes with steel toe n steel plate, the sole writes anti slip (quite true oily tiles surface i cn grip), but anti acid duno true or not.

Wore it to construction site few times, sole n toe cap super hard but inside is comfortable n soft. Wore from 8am to 6pm. Quite ok looking when go with dark colour jeans, quite decent looking after i apply timberland waximum on the leather

Cant feel what ive stepped on with the boots, quite abusable, i tested by purposely crushing n kicking stuff. Most will break


There is a red wing lookalike for $85. Steel toe n pl. I think the pl stands for plate.

(Didnt buy this Red wing lookalike cos $20 xtra )

Does the insole of the RW feel like there is 2 small nails sticking out of ur insole? I just got my blacksmith and i could feel there is 2 small nails in the middle of the sole, it is like 0.5 to 1mm long sticking out.

dude, how is it pai kia or ah beng? Nowadays they all step one hipster. Willing to pay upwards of $300 to get a pair of nike shoes that won't last.

Get a pair of red wing, it will last through trends.

My first pair - 875, been with me about 4 years now, never go out of trend. Most comfy pair.
My second pair - 8111, wearing it everyday now.

The kind of boots will not define if you beng or what

Yes the moc toes are more common but I do see some ginnas wearing iron rangers. I was at red wing at orchard gateway the other day and a ginna bought an iron ranger. There was also a little girl there with her mum and she was trying on a moc toe.

I'm not sure how u define beng but if u are referring to this kind of "profile" and it bothers u to know that u will be associated with such people, then my honest advice is stay away from red wings. There are lots of other boot brands that u can choose from. In anyways red wings aren't exactly known to have good quality when compared to other brands

That label on the tongue, and tab by the side isnt Red Wing. Google out of curiosity too, I believe its Thorogood.

I think its rare to see a Red Wing 6inch moc toe with speed hooks. So far only seen on 9850...
