Where u all go polish and clean the red wing?

Someone here told me. I can't find that post. Can help pls? Thx.. mine is rather beat up. Need pros help.

I am soooo camping here.

I am also reading the threads here. I want to get a pair of redwings. But there isn't any one that is formal boots (office looking) that is high cut.

last month, when I was shopping at somerset, the shop assistant was helping the customer with the polish and teaching him how to polish.

When I interrupted them to ask about a particular shoe, the shop assistant mentioned that we need to wear it for 3 months and then come back to them and they will guide us to maintain the shoes.

Perhaps you can talk to them or call them.

my humble suggestion, if it is your first pair of red wings, better get it from physical store..

some people, like me have broad feet.:)

I have been wearing them once or twice weekly and walk about 2-3 km every time. They are comfortable and I have no blisters so getting the right size is very important.

Do getting yourself fitted at Orchard Gateway before deciding where to buy. Also, I believe each model have different dimensions so best to try the model you want to get. I was deciding between the Iron Rangers and Beckmans and the IR fits better on me.

not sure which websites u have been going to but through out this thread, many websites have been recommended for getting real and authentic red wings that are way cheaper than getting from a shop front

i cant recall all but revolve clothing and shoe buy carry red wings. and of course amazon has great deals. have to camp and wait but the savings are worth it

Have to really camp and research which sites, as different sites different time of sales.

I will recommend go Reddit sub-Reddit FrugalMaleFashion to lookout for deals.
