First time I only collected vintage ones, but due to the sizes (too big/too tight), I sold some of them. So only left those.
I wear 9 - 9,5 US size.. :)

Wah that's damn nice.. where did you get it from?? And how much?

I bought it for a cheap price @Ebay for $.225 (MSRP $.320), only 1 pair left.

You can check it here,

Or, you could go to Ebay - sometime they have..:)

PS: If you really want to buy, I suggest you to buy before the season end. Because J.Crew stuff comes per season. So when the season is over, then Red Wing Company won't produce them anymore (as they are affiliated with J.Crew), and at that time, it will be very hard to find and it will be considered as limited edition of J.Crew. Good luck!

hey bros , read about breaking in red wings online . some say just keep wearing till they fit perfectly , while others say , wet them & apply mink oil . what's your view ?

p/s how long before you start applying your first layer of mink oil ?

The beckman series come pre-treated thus they dont need any form of oiling.

The classic series, no harm oiling it. It does soften the leather making it easier to break in. (Less foot sores/blisters.) However, do take note that it may darken the leather.

IMO, just wear it w/o babysitting it. Thrash it, maybe 2/3 months oil once if you use it almost daily. The first week or so, you'll probably feel uncomfortable and perhaps some pain. Aft that, its very very comfortable. :)
