Not the LP. Effects of the leather oil. The color remained for fairly long until i applied the oil. I kinda like it actually. Lol

I've bought Hiphop shoes online and when I received it on 26th March 2012, I was very disappointed as the my feet can't fit in the shoes.
I've bought it at $110 and now I'm willing to let it go at a lower price.

I applied LP to the 875 once a month for the past 2 months cos i been wearing in almost everyday and kena drench by rain which dries out the leather even more.

I have been wearing it everyday (mon-fri - work) (sat- go out). But my 875 has been darken due to me applying red wings mink oil twice. How to see if it's dry?

Mink oil? That will DEFINITELY darken the leather. I never used mink oil on my red wing shoes.

Well its hard to say how to tell the leather is dried or not. You can tell from the look and feel of it. The difference between a well-treated leather and a dried out leather is pretty obvious. You cannot oil it too often also, it will "drown" the leather.

Try to use LP for the leather boots. Mink oil, well, I've heard a lot of bad reviews about them so I avoided using them

Hahaha I didn't do my research before I bought the mink oil. Now saving up for LP!
