I had a Dr. Martens previously which was US8.
I then went to measure and had a just nice fit of US 8D.

Just go Suntec store and measure out your feet.
And regarding buying cheaper or whatsoever, no gurantee if you buy else where.
But I bought mine at RW store @ Suntec.
