Hi guys, I'm very interested in getting a pair of Red Wings for myself. Eyeing on 1907(more preferred) and 875. However, i'm uncertain of what size i should get and i need some advice here.

I've been the RW outlet in suntec to try out the size, but unfortunately, due to huge foot, the staff told me that he dont have the size for me and he recommended that i should be US13D at least. I usually wear US12 for most of my shoes, the length is great but i'm beginning to think that i am at least US12.5/13 due to my WIDE feet.

However, i went to try out some boots in Timberland and realised that i could fit into US11, though just slightly tight.

So, i will need some advice here on what i should order if i'm going to get from online. Is Red Wing true to size or does it run 1 or 1/2 size big? And should i just get my usual 12D or should i listen to the red wing guy and get 13D?

All advice will be greatly appreciated!!

?? You usually wear US 12 but the guy told you you need a 13D at least? For the record, RWs run slightly larger so your size should be a 12D. Some people downsize by half a size but it's all up to you.

You can get the E width, or EE.

Yea, the guy kinda measured my feet and told me that i've been wearing the wrong size for a really long time, sort of damaging my feet in the process. So he recommended 13D for my feet to have some breathing space from the extra width. I'm just afraid 13D will be an overkill personally and it might be too loose.

Erwin, do you sell 1907/875 in 12D or 12E?

I've been using them regularly probably twice/thrice a week for 3 months already
Are they seasoning well or etc??

I don't have a before picture.. there's only a current picture.. I apologise..
You may ask y is it quite clean.. I do brush them and clean them every week or so.. yeah.. and I try not to get them dirty! I'm a neat freak haha..

So.. comments and advise pls!
