Guess you have to make a special request or order for that model or you can try asking Erwinlow from the thread. He sells rw shoes too.

Live chat the customer service orificer from revolveclothing... told me it no longer ships to Singapore. Got to use borderlinx.
Different between getting it locally and overseas after GST ... not worth the waiting time.
