hmm... Leather is just like human skin. Can you imagine you never wash your face then apply moisturizer on? I can't rem where I read about the importance of brushing everytime u wear, else the sand or particles get stuck and harden in grooves along time...

Personally I will recommend to go to authorised dealers to buy. Unless you very very sure what size you are wearing, else why would you buy online? Owners of RW will all definitely tell u to wear to know your size. A good pair of boots will bring you far, but a fake pair will make you fall...

Not sure if its me, but I this week I'm going to exchange my RW 875 for the 2nd time in 2 mths. It seems to me that, after a few weeks of wearing, something breaks.

First time was the thread. Second time, it was the leather connected to the sole of the shoe that broke.

Is RW quality going down?

Feeling thankful now that I bought from the retail shop.

On a side note : Where to buy horsehair brush? Whats the typical price of it? I considering buying online.

I totally agree. Unless you know very well your shoe size, the authenticity, and issue of returns (warranty) then buy online.
