U could always fly down to red wing Minnesota and get 4 pairs at a great price! Have reports on tripadvisor buy 4 boots for under usd$200, 2 shoes and sandles for usd$80. Can tour Minneapolis or go down Chicago. If so can hit Allen Edmonds factory store too. Ordering from shoe bank is fine as shipping is free. Round trip ticket that way around usd$300

They are not always available The RACK, hit and miss.

my 8111 still looks as good as new, only worn for 5 times...

my 1 year old 1907 looks more worn out, at least 250 wears...
Shall take a pic and share with you guys...

All the way the other side leh haha. 4 boots is which model? Their work boots or heritage? I go read up at trip advisor later

Other side? It's no where near New York or Maine or Florida leh.
It's Midwest for a reason.
Moreover u student that few hours on the plane vs special trips to The Rack time spent no much diff leh. Not to mention u get a bigger selection.

Read the 875 for usd$112 after buy 2 get 1 free deal, Clearance heritage goes for usd$99 b4 free deal

If u make your way to wolverine sale on aug 26, their 1000 mile collection usually goes for usd$40.

Hi guys. I recently bought my first pair of red wings 875 boots. However i noticed some pretty bad creasing on one of the boots and i was wondering if it is a case of loose grain.

Is it worth bringing in to exchange for a new pair?

Would the shoe tree help to solve the problem? I've been looking around the web for different pictures but it seems like boots dont normally crease this way.

If its a defect i would rather just bring it in to exchange for a new pair.

looks totally fine with me.

remember one thing, red wings look better and better as they age. and that includes creases! enjoy :)

is it like that when bought or after some wear?
from the pic, the boots has been worn by driver...

however, i think you have a beautiful boots there...enjoy it.
boots with grease only adds characters...

Its only after 3 days of wear which is why i'm so worried i guess. And it already looks way worst than the other boot. Well i do drive a car. Not sure if that plays a part.

My Brooklyn boots creased like that too and I drive.
Shoe tree will do nothing to help.
It's just a boot, just because it cost over $300-400 we have high expectations when really not that pricy in states
