Mine was English but then suddenly becomes Chinese and can't find ways to switch back to English.

Installed my poco f1 app vault version from play store and disabled the china version and now is English version but most of the shortcuts widgets are missing. Can only put apps.

Maybe factory reset can solved but not now.

After restarting phone today, suddenly App Vault switched to Chinese, hahaha. Also no way to change it back.

Guess I'll switch to Poco Launcher 2.0, swipe left can set frequently used apps and more meaningful customizations for international users. Swipe up is app drawer with a good English search bar.

Today tested the K30 Pro Zoom versus my old phone Huawei Mate 20x. Tested the 30x zoom, which is the maximum zoom for both phones.

Pretty surprised that the K30 Pro Zoom photo looks much better and clearer than the Huawei (although it was an old phone, I didn't have high hopes for the Zoom camera on Redmi series)...

For anyone interested, see comparison https://imgur.com/gwVtfPB

The camera on the K30 Pro Zoom seems decent enough to replace "real flagships" for non professional photography (taking travel photos etc etc). Very pleased with the purchase. Much rather spend $750-$1000 and change phone every year than spend $1500-$2000 on a "branded" flagship...

Nice pics, I think its because k30 pro zoom has the dedicated 8MP telephoto lens. Does the Mate 20X have any telephoto lens?

Hi guys, anyone owning k30 pro tried using any other 3rd party or proprietary cables (eg. intended for Oppo vooc 4A, Huawei supercharge 4A, OnePlus Warp charge etc) & verified it working/not working with xm's turbo charge 33W?

Let's share the info, need to get a longer cable

Just for info

ChargeTurbo / charging rapidly (3A11V 33W) > Quickcharge / fast charging (2A9V/1.5A12V 18W) > Charging (2A5V)

how u know it turn to quick charge only?? the charging screen only appear for 5 sec when u plug in after that is off

Started charging with battery at 20%, screen shows turbocharging and my usb meter shows 25watts charging.
When battery is above 30%, the usb meter shows wattage drop to about 15watts and remain around there till 80% when i stopped the charging.
I set the screen to always on display during charging so i can see the battery percentage without touching the phone.

see yourself ba....

most people got their k30 pro (zoom) 256gb around $700~$750.
then if compare with malaysia pricing, consider $679 quite attractive liao.
original pricing for sg is $799 for 128, $899 for 256.
qoo10 got sales on 10~12th, but not sure the coupon value.
