Is It worth it to get redmi note 12 for elderly parents?

I read that there r some issues like lagging, dropped calls. Anybody experienced this?

redmi note 12 4g after using for half a year

auto brightness will kinda "hang" if you lock the phone before the sensors fully adjust the brightness, screen appears to have a white veil over it

network drop every now and then, especially when you open an app, it reconnects back but annoying

lagging at times

Is this phone supports all local telcos bands in Singapore (4G and 5G)?

Been using Redmi Note 4G for past months, its a great phone with amoled screen and 8gb ram at $200. No buggy issue. Only lacking NFC which i dun use.

I tried the Pro+ 5G just now and I'm impressed with the smoothness and speed as compared to my Samsung A54 5G.

Compared to my Samsung A54 5G. The Pro+ 5G is way smoother and speedier miles ahead..

I'm not into the camera thingy. It is secondary to me.

I can trade in A54 5G and just paid $210+ for the Pro+ 5G model.

Worth the jump?

My other phone is Redmi Note 12 Pro+. Dimensity chip from Mediatek improved leap and bound. No lag, overheating etc.
Samsung is about their camera. Their in-house Exynos chip is a crap.

u gona get from local xiaomi shop? My note 11s Pro suddenly keep restart which makes me hesitate if i should get another xiaomi phone or ditch xiaomi completely...

It's speedy and smooth likes butter in terms of performance and UI/Animations! I thought that I'm using an iPhone 15! LOL! . Samsung OneUI is a shame this department!

However, at 6.67". It's kind of too big the phone size to me. I may let it goes at a cheaper price. If you want it or anyone wants it. Can PM me.

As for my primary phone! I'm waiting for Samsung S23 FE to be delivered to me today, upgrading from Samsung A54 5G!

If the item is not suitable for me. I will let it goes even if I made a loss.

actually xiaomi phone how long warrenty? I googled it say international warrenty and got 2 yr. lol. i happily went to thailand xiaomi to check my phone then they tell me there is no international warrenty... googled further and found that only some models not all... so messy...

After I update to the latest patch, my hp calls haywire. I cannot hear any calling sound, cannot hear the other party... The other party also cannot hear me... This issue only resolves after restart. I call m1, M1 say not their problem. Wat could be the problem?
