All my kids are holding Xiaomi phones.

Recently bought a new Redmi 15 from Mistermobile and the phone’s screen died within 10 days.

Sent to the Xiaomi service centre in Funan mall and was told no parts and have to wait for new ones.

4th day and still waiting…

Whatsapped the service centre again on Wednesday, a week after sending in the phone, well once again the parts are not available.

I requested for a new phone and ultimately Xiaomi service centre agreed. They even delivered the new phone to my home the next day.

I have not opened the phone yet, hopefully all is good.

im actually thinking about using it because my sis has a 14Pro+ and it felt robust and thus I want to give this model a shot

Poco M8 Pro is basically Redmi Note 15 Pro+ except for the camera.

Global RN15 Pro+ is quite a different phone

But between M8 Pro and CN RN15P+, essentially the same phone, same processor
Poco M8 Pro is using RN15P+ main camera
It doesn't have the telephoto but a 2.5x jn5 without ois honestly isn't much to miss unless you really really value it

More importantly it cheap at $28X-299 during last year sale, not sure if price would return soon with the ram squeeze. But anywhere under $300 should be good, cheaper than CN imported RN15P+ running CN rom

- no esim
- android auto doesn't work [not an issue if u don't drive]
- wearos watch cannot pair

That's fair, I myself and using a CN rom Realme phone since esim and auto don't matter much for me
Notification delay is see heng suay, tweaking settings can solve for some people but others don't work

But really the RN15P+ is not a special phone, overpriced even for its spec

If already open to CN rom, got much better value phone like K90, Civi 5 Pro, Turbo 5
Plenty more from other brand
