Local sets definitely comes with global ROM, so you don't need to manually flash Google Apps to the phone.

Mipad4 has no local version. There is only export set. Hence you need install google play store yourself or assistance by the shop (for extra fee).

Finer seems responsible. But if Finer $250 and local mi store $280, rather buy from local shop and get the local warranty; at least got a table to bang if the unlikely happens.

Let's see how much local store selling. Judging from F1 pricing, I doubt local store can sell competitively.

It would be nice if Xiaomi Singapore also offer 18mths warranty for the Redmi Note 7, just like in China. Would make it competitive to Huawei and OPPO that has been offering 24mths warranty for their phones in Singapore.

Yes for sure cos they have huge overheads in the store rent, staff salary and warehousing.

And history has been proven mi Sg has had never been competitive in pricing vs pi or Malaysia pricing.

Only this pricing comes down is when they are trying to clear previous models when the new model is imminently near to release.
