Redmi Note 7 Pro will likely be announced in China in March.

There's no such device called Redmi X now, purely a fan-made concept.. Don't pin your hope too high for such a device.

Qoo10 now selling $218 for 3gb/32gb, but China Rom, do take note, now Mi phone with China Rom can no longer FLASH GLOBAL ROM, IT WILL BRICK THE PHONE. So unless you can live without Google Play, otherwise wait for global rom/ local set.

I believed nakedtoes bro said is Google play can installed in China rom miui. He might know the issues about the global rom.

Let say buy China N7 set with no google play store app (and you don want to install G play store app) but want to install Pubg. How do you go abt doing it? Are you (in Sin/ Sin IP address) able to install from China Tencent playstore? Install Pubg from apkmirror? Or can one use the online Google play store (not app)?

Seriously I give edge to xiaomi cause of miui.. But miui getting worse and worse.. But still much better then emui, fun os touch os etc..but all this is not a factor if u flash custom rom.. And xiaomi phone is easier.. U try Huawei phone think is impossible.

Budget phone is best to get from Redmi, offers more value.

As for flagship, Huawei is the better choice though Xiaomi is playing catching up this year.

i heard emui is going to be launcher lock infuture. means cant install 3rd party launcher. i read this in recent news.

Totally agree for value and budget the Redmi series still win over most of the value offering from Huawei.

As for the mi series they have been playing 2nd fiddle to the tritans of Samsung Apple and Huawei, then that’s the honorary mention of OnePlus 6T.

Hope this coming evolutionary / revolutionary mi9 can match up but then all manufacturers are also having hit tricks up their sleeves this year.

Budget phone is best to get from Redmi, offers more value.

As for flagship, Huawei is the better choice though Xiaomi is playing catching up this year.

Can install Google services and playstore.. Global rom and China rom are all same thing except China rom no come with Google services and more China apps

But sometime China rom not really stable. Like in max 3, the gps (slow and inaccurate) only has issue with China rom and not other rom.

Having safety net to flash different rom can be useful

My Max 3 China set no problem at all.. And dun care is China or global set.. Once u unlock and flash rom they are exact the same hardware.

I do owned a redmi 4 prime with China rom and I installed Google play store by myself. I believed what nakedtoes bro said. U all have to explore the way. Dun heard say heard say. Go Google and u will know it.
