Just gotten my hands on a redmi note 8 pro global rom 6/128

Compared to the redmi note 7 pro that I used to have it feels better design.

It's amazing what sub 300 phones can do now.
The speed is very good, compared to a70, note 7 pro and even xiaomi mi 9.

For general usage, everything is fast and smooth , simply amazing.

And this is the very 1st time that I ever liked a mediatek based mobile as all the past mediatek simply sucks in terms of speed

Unfortunately while it's widevine L1 , Netflix can only play SD

I think the issue with that is the current global ROM probably rushed job.

Double check with DRM info? Confirm it's SD quality? Run the "test patterns" clip in Netflix for awhile and look at the resolution on the upper right hand corner
