Xiaomi online and Xiaomi physical store? Shouldn't the price be the same? Unless you're buying the China ROM version then I think online non-Xiaomi sellers still the cheapest...

Hi, anyone using export set RMN8Pro with china ROM? Asking as I would like to know if there is any major differences & any restrictions on using apps or functions of phone, e.g NFC function. Also is it possible to get Global ROM on it? TIA.

No one can help answer? I hv an export set with CN ROM, cant seem to install Netflix via Google playstore, states "device isnt compatible with this version"...

I am referring to getting the global rom , buy from the store directly cheaper or same or more expensive than getting from shopee, lazada or q10.

Just install a 3rd party app store like apkpure to install it.

one more thing is the widevine certification, which is not l1 for export set, so even if u can install netflix, u cannot watch hd videos. nfc will work fine so long as not gpay (as detailed in link).

At the time I check 14 OCT it’s 335 for 128 GB note 8 pro but you can use any coupon you have to off set , at the store is just 335

I presume you refer to shopee or lazada? I went q10 it is more than 335.

Don't think so.. different SoC

note 8 will be easier cos snapdragon chipset have more dev + very similar to note 7's 660. high chance the gcam working for note 7 will work on note 8 too.
