anyone facing this issue or got solution to it? tried looking into alot of settings and also comparing to my k20 pro but to no avail.

when the screen is off, any incoming whatsapp call won't wake the screen up.
when the screen is on, any incoming whatsapp call notification is not in full screen.

On my REDMI note 7, i went to settings, notifications, whatsapp then turned on all the tabs.

First, make sure Whatsapp's "Auto-start" is enabled in Permissions.

Next, make sure the app is not on any battery saving mode.

If issue still persist, lock the app in memory so that it will not be cleared. To do this, make sure Whatsapp already running. Press the bottom menu key, press and hold Whatsapp and choose the lock icon.

I just got a 128 GB microsd card . I am able to save photos taken by camera to it by changing storage settings. However,I dun seems to find a way to set WhatsApp message and photos to save in the microSD card.. anyone knows how and could share? Thank you very much

You can move the existing media folder to SD card, but you can't change the default. In other words, new media will still be saved to internal memory. Here's more info.
