Ok. Since this performance is similar to Redmi Note 8 Pro, can buy this liao.

Any link for local set with local 1yr warranty, looking at 6/128 at least.

Note 9s not value for money esp for 6/128
If u need 2+1 sim then bobian else note 8 pro is better
9s - 4/64 $249, 6/128 $349
8 pro - 6/128 $299

For 9s 4/64, u pay 50 more can get extra 2/64 on 8 pro
For 9s 6/128, u pay more than 8 pro and get same 6/128 but u lose nfc, get lousier camera, lower quality screen
U only gain bigger battery

I also like 9s in terms of look and battery but i compare the price/quality really is hard to swallow
9s camera low light shot also lose to 8 pro after i read every reviews online

Best is 9 pro max la but only india have

-using huawei charger....1hr can full charge redmi note 8 pro... note9s like charge slow....erm...

My guess is that new firmware should fix the various issues. But for the charging part, I think cannot liao.

redmi note 9s overall camera is better. But in terms of details, note8pro got better resolution.

9 pro max .... just premium version of 9s aka 9 pro. higher camera mp and faster charging

redmi note 8 pro is 1 sim + 1 hybrid
recent sales, they got it for $239 for 128 with local warranty.

Just get the nano SIM adapter from AliExpress at 1 buck to make redmi note 8 pro 2 SIM + 1 SD card. Bought a lot since few years ago and still using my first one lol. Without NFC this 9s is not really a bang for buck imho. Life is so much more convenient with NFC around. ( Take public transport, dabao food I don't even need to bring wallet with me)

The 2 shops that provide local warranty always have flash sale de so will be abit cheaper than 299
At times shopee will give out coupon also
Mimi shop and xiaomi official shop
They ship from china so will takes awhile to reach

Lazada also have xiaomi official shop but their price always higher, have to wait for lazada sales
I think lazada is local stocks so will receive phone faster

9 pro max is premium version of 9s aka 9 pro

Yes. I am using that already on my Redmi Note 8 Pro now. Just that I don't use NFC, so I would prefer Dual SIM + microSD specs for the phone.

I think the success in the launch of the Redmi Note 8 Pro using Helio G90T really put a new perspective on MediaTek SOC.

Hopefully that MediaTek will come out with even better SOC in the near future.
